Due to the seasonality of our gelato, not all Goat-La-To flavors are available at all times in our Farm Store or at local markets. Please email or call ahead for availability.
In 2023, we began the production of Goat-La-To an all natural goat milk clean-label frozen dairy dessert. We believe in natural ingredients which is why our gelato is made without any preservatives, mixes, additives or stabilizers using as few ingredients as possible.
Goat-La-To is a gelato-like product made with goat milk containing less fat resulting in a lower fat content than traditional ice cream. It is easier to digest by those with a cow’s milk intolerance while being creamy, thick and delicious.
Our prepackaged Goat-La-To is available in all Vanilla or Vanilla with a layer of fruit on the bottom of either Blackberry, Blueberry, Cherry, Peach, Pineapple or Strawberry.
